I recently discovered this lovely new pho restaurant and had an amazing experience. The spring rolls were absolutely delicious, and the pho was awesome - exactly what I needed. As someone who grew up in a family that owned a pho restaurant, I have extremely high standards when it comes to Vietnamese food—especially pho. I visited Pho House GR with my wife and my mom (who is famously picky about Vietnamese dishes she makes at home), and we were all seriously impressed. We arrived on a Thursday evening around 6 PM and the place was packed, which was a great sign. The menu is simple and focused, which shows they’re committed to doing a few things really well—and they absolutely delivered. We started with the Nem Nuong Gio Cuon (grilled pork spring rolls)—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly wrapped. My wife had the Com Bo Luc Lac (shaken beef) and loved the tenderness of the beef combined with saffron rice and sautéed veggies. I ordered the Pho Xe Lua, served in a steaming stone pot with oxtail and short rib. The presentation was stunning, but the real win was the broth—deep, beefy, and perfectly balanced with star anise and subtle sweetness. You could taste the hours of slow simmering in every spoonful. The real highlight? My mom’s Bún Bò Huế. It’s her favorite dish, and she’s very particular about it. After just one bite, she said it was so good she no longer feels the need to make it herself—and she’s already planning to bring friends back. The service was friendly, the atmosphere was lively, and the quality was top-tier. The food was delicious, and the customer service was outstanding. However, the prices are higher than those at most Vietnamese restaurants. Also, be mindful when ordering the oxtail; you only receive one piece, so don't be misled by the pictures! 😄 They do offer a variety of unique dishes, though.
My sister and brother-in-law did it! Living out their dreams by opening this restaurant, sharing their amazing home cook meals with the community. If you’re looking authentic Vietnamese dishes, by all means give Pho House of GR a try. The foods and services are exceptionally good!
Gotta say had my doubts but after a 13hr drive the pho here was the perfect thing to settle my bodily woes. Price moderately but the love and craft was there in the bowl definitely recommend.
First time trying this spot and I was not disappointed!! I got the beef pho and it was very delicious. The broth was rich and smoky and the meat was tender. My daughter got the Bun Bo Hue and she said it was so good!! We tried the Grilled pork spring rolls with the sauce and those were Amazing!! It refreshed your taste buds so you could enjoy all the flavors of your pho. She had the passion fruit drink and I had the Strawberry Matcha Latte with rainbow jelly and it was Devine!! A must go again spot for us and next time we will bring my eldest daughter. I know she will love it also!!
So incredibly delicious!!! I have stomach problems, so if your looking for something soothing a chicken pho is wonderful! You get so much it’s worth the price! I’ve tried the beef as well and it’s good! So many items, my sister tried their boba and said it was delicious. Place is also very clean and aesthetically appealing.

Came on a Tuesday afternoons .The restaurant was not too busy. Food was great! Staff was very nice! We had the Bum Bo Hue and Rice with grill pork. Perfect! Will definitely come back when we in the area
Boom!! Best pho in town!!! We came in hungry and left both satisfied and excited that we found this gem of a restaurant! I had the beef pho and my wife had the chicken pho. Both were huge portions and seasoned to perfection! The broth was like medicine for my soul. We were served a side of extremely fresh veggies to add as we liked. We also started with an order of wings that had an amazing glaze. All in all I am a fan! Highly recommend and we will certainly return!
